Through the Workforce Integration Network, Rawls collaborates across the university and into the community to empower first-generation and underrepresented learner-workers with an understanding of the relationships between their skills and opportunities for employment, community improvement and personal growth.

You will learn from this 30-minute conversation:

  • About the CSUDH Workforce Integration Network mission to improve students’ workforce readiness through understanding workforce trends and skills gaps; integrating digital tools to support faculty; and collaborating  across campus and within the community.
