Molly is a teacher educator, a reading researcher, a former classroom teacher, and the director of a university-based reading clinic. She holds a doctorate in reading education. Her research focuses on reading comprehension, student-generated questions and teachers’ instructional beliefs and decisions. She is the author of three books and numerous articles in peer-reviewed national and international journals. She is active on Twitter and in the International Literacy Association. Outside of the classroom, Molly loves farmer’s markets, yoga, the coast of Maine and dogs.
